Olurotimi Akinosho, well known as Rotimi, is a Nigerian-American actor, singer, and model from Maplewood, New Jersey. Rotimi started his acting career playing the role as Darius Morrison on the TV-series “Boss” in 2011. He is also famous for his role as Andre ‘Dre’ Coleman in the TV-series “Power”. Moreover, Rotimi appeared in the movies such as “Black Nativity”, “Divergent”, “Imperial Dreams”, “Deuces” and “Acts of Violence”. Beside his acting career, Rotimi has passion for music. In 2015 he released his famous single “Lotto” featuring 50 Cent.
Rotimi has various tattoos. He tattooed lion’s head and the inscription “Patience is my virtue” on his chest.
On his right arm you will find a tattoo of musical notes and vintage microphone surrounded by the ocean waves.
Rotimi inked on his left shoulder the verse from Isaiah 14:24 “Surely, as I have planned, so it will be, and as I have purposed, so it will happen.”
